O MYYYY!!! I did not post for two days, because I was not in the mood due to the fact that I SCREW UP!  I screwed up right after my show when I got back home.  That morning I weighted myself and Miss Scale told me that I weight 105 lbs! but this this morning I am standing at 106.5 lbs!  And tomorrow morning I bet Miss Scale will be very disappointed in me again cause I gain even more!
NOOO... I still have an audition coming up, must work hard Rainbow!  I need supportttt

Anyway I must do something about this, and yes I am going to start my plan again.  3579 this does kind of helped me lose 5 lbs in one week therefore I am giving it another try.
But it's going to be hard tomorrow because I have my day program again, here's my plan:

O MYYY, the total came out to be 2 times more than what I wanted! All because of that stupid dinner for the day program! ARGHHHH.  I guess I need to work backward, 7533579, hope this works but I know the day program will destory my plan again.

HELP!!

Anyway I guess I have to stick with this plan rigtht now, no ohter way to escape, except do alotts of exercise which I definitly will.  Just hoping for the best tomorrow!

 
 
 
 
 
 
Today is not too too bad I guess, just have an extra pear, orange and banana (total 263 cal!).  Other than that I basically followed what I have planned on my meal plan.

Anyway, my period is here right now and is so frustrating, I just want it to go away! go away!

I am not going to eat much before the show tomorrow.  So here's my plan:

Aahhhh!! I just wrote a big blurb but just because of one mistake *click* everything is gonnneeeee.  O well...

Anyway the main point is that I need to get into good shape by Sat! So tomorrow is my last chance to make this happen, therefore my plan for tomorrow goes like this:

Woohoo! Just finished my social psych. exam today.  Finally get to "enjoy" my summer break, even though is only 2-3 weeks left.
So my goal for the break is to...
1.  Lose 10 lbs, (I am on my way!), and self behave
2. Get in yoga class, and go daily
3. Act good in my day program.
4. *Secert*

Anyway, today I ended up did having something extra AGAIN.  What's wrong with me?
Tomorrow I have my day program again.  So here is what I am going to have:

Ok, I admitted that today is a total screw up day, because not only did I not follow food item in the plan, I also ended up getting more than I actually needed.  I am sure that my total intake for today is at least 1200cal!
Hey, am I not suppose to be doing the 3579? Why is this not working for me!?

Anyway, I am going to take a break tomorrow and give it another try on Thurs.  May be if I make a more reasonable meal plan, then it should work.  Tomorrow is even harder cause is my program day again!

Came back home from the day program at about 8:30pm.  Today was actually not too bad, because I did follow my meal plan from yesterday, but screw up a bit when I got home after the program.  I ended up having  tonss of extra watermelon and half a plum.(~160 cal)

Anyway, today is weight-in day at my program, and I ended up 1kg less than last week.  As long as I stick to my plan, I know I will eventually get back to my 95lbs.  I no longer care about what the program tells me to do, I am just going to lie to them of what I ate.  

Tonight's dinner at the program I ate more than 300cal in total, I am sure.  Therefore, tomorrow I must work harder, here is my plan:

I guess I did not kept the promise to myself.  I ended up getting extras, which was totally not planned.  This morning I ended up having an apple and a banana for breakfast (160 cal), then at lunch I have 1cup of congee along with a plum (~150 cal), for dinner I have an apple, banana, and tons of watermelon!(~350cal)  I wasn't expecting to have congee at all today, but then I have no choice because my parent forces me to go eat lunch with some friends.  Anyway, in total I ended up having 100 something more cal than I have orginally planned.

Tomorrow is going to be even worst, because tomorrow I have my day program, which means I have to bring a dinner that consist of thousands and thousands of caloriesss.
Well here's my plan:

Tomorrow is 700 cal day, therefore I must stick to this plan or else I will easily past my 700 cal point.

I was able to follow my plan until the evening.  I ended up having 78 more calories than I have expected, which total 378cal, arghh.  Just because I have few additional longan, lychee and one plum.  
Better work it off some how.
